What is Coaching?
Coaching provides a unique opportunity to optimize your well-being and performance. It’s present-focused, forward-looking, and action-oriented. The experience is unique to you. There is no right or wrong way to work with your Coach. Some topics you could choose to work on: - Increase resilience during challenging times to allow for a healthier, happier, and more productive you. - Learn how to manage the challenges of parenting so you can effectively navigate this new journey. - Establish healthy nutrition habits by incorporating evidence-based recommendations that fit into your lifestyle. - Learn and practice proven methods of effective communication, regardless of context and audience size.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
When you feel like you are functioning well overall and want to set goals to help you develop a greater sense of drive, improve your ability to bounce back from setbacks, feel more satisfied with your life, or improve your relationships - coaching may be a great fit for you.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial includes 1 free coaching session with me and full access to learning content and goal-setting features. We recommend you use your free coaching session within 14 days of signing up for the service.
What happens if I miss a session?
We suggest that you aim to cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance so a new session may be scheduled. Sessions cannot be made up or moved to future months if one is missed or you do not complete all offered sessions in the month.
